The Co-operative Stall is used by those stallholders who are unable to attend the market but still wish to sell their produce. We offer a variety of Rapeseed oils, honey, Kent wines and Greensand  Distillery products

The Copper Rivet Distillery is an exciting and dynamic Medway based craft distillery. Drawing upon the area's rich tradition of innovation and craft, the team will toil together to produce small batches of exceptional gins, whiskies and vodkas from scratch in bespoke stills.

The DedBest Distillery is located deep in the Sussex countryside. Our wonderful gin mecca is placed in the old Mill Room on Crockstead Farm, a few moments north of Lewes.

We simply want to make the finest spirits possible from locally sourced surplus produce which reflects the flavours of the woods, orchards, fields and hedgerows that surround our distillery.
We use advanced technology and 100% renewable energy and work with our region's farmers to reduce food waste at the farm gate by fermenting and distilling quality produce that supermarkets won't take.

Our Vision :-With both of us being avid cooks and brewers, blending botanicals to create a spirit felt like a natural progression. Our passion for playing with different flavours has delivered us to where we are now.

The Jonomade Gin Experience offers a private visit to our distillery; you will sit and talk with one of our distillers, hear our story and sample all our gins, then explore how ice, garnish and different tonics change the taste of our gin by elevating different botanicals.

Situated in the historic market buildings of Maidstone town centre, our beautiful still and equipment sit at the heart of our distillery, nestled beneath grand arches dating back to the 1800’s.

In an extraordinary location on the Duke of Northumberland’s Albury Estate, a group of dilapidated farm buildings on the banks of the legendary & mystical Silent Pool has been transformed to become the home of the Silent Pool Distillers.

We’ve now evolved from 'Say it with Gin' into 'Soulmate Spirits', a premium spirit brand rooted in connection, craft and damn-good taste. Still just the two of us. Still proudly based in Kent. Still sourcing and distilling in Cornwall with people who care as much as we do.
