About Co-operative stall St Gile's Church

The Co-operative Stall is used by those stallholders who are unable to attend the market but still wish to sell their produce. We offer a variety of Rapeseed oils, honey, wines, coffees and Greensand  Distillery products

Background

The St Giles' Chuch Co-operative stall sells interesting and unique local produce belonging to Stallholders who are unable to be present. This enables the stallholder to concentrate on production, the Church to earn a small commission and customers to find a more interesting variety of produce for sale.

Product Description

  • Our Rapeseed Oils come from Kentish Oil and are good for roasting and stir fries due to their high burn point. They are also good for baking, marinades, salad dressing and dunking.
= Honey comes from Wishfield Honey from near Horsmonden
    - Our wines are very local Yotes Court from West Pecham and Meophams from Meopham
    - Coffee comes from Cafezhino coffee
    - Our spirits are produced by Greeensand Ridge Distillery, less than one mile away, which produces Gin , Raspberry and Black current 'ghost' (a Slivovitz spirit) , Apple and Plum brandy
