Our ciders are produced from apples and pears sourced entirely from the National Fruit Collections at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We are proud to use a heritage variety of up to thirty varieties of apple in our famous 'Woolly Pig' Dry Cider. (Named after the Butcher of Brogdale's Mangalitza pigs which used to live on site).

We have tried making biltong from most of the of the six UK deer species and found that Fallow deer is just great! The meat isn’t too strong (some say it has a slightly sweet taste) and it combines fantastically with the spicy flavours.

We hand craft a multi award winning vegan and allergy friendly chocolate, mostly in bars but also hot chocolate mix too. Our ingredients are ethically sourced, and our packaging is eco friendly.

Gaaga's Sauce is a brand of artisan, small-batch sauces and condiments. The range includes the intense King Cobra Stinging Hot Chilli Sauce, to Wildebeest Steak, BBQ Sauce, and Honey and Mustard Sauce.

We make pepper jelly in various flavours, and other condiments sold in jars and chocolate truffles.

quality food! We bake by hand using natural ingredients sourced mainly from local suppliers.
