The Festivals takes place on the last weekend of May and 1st weekend of September every year
Fire up your taste buds at this year’s two fabulous Tonbridge Food & Drink Festivals. The May Festival will take place in the beautiful castle grounds close to the banks of the picturesque River Medway, whilst the September Festival will take place on the Race Course .
Try, taste and buy from more than 60 stallholders selling a delicious range of food and drink produced in and around Kent and from across the globe. Discover delicious cheeses, bread, cakes, sweet treats such as fudge and chocolate brownies, locally roasted coffee, and other food-related stalls.
In its eighth year, these foodie spectaculars are organised by the team behind the award-winning Tonbridge Farmers Market and is expected to see more than 15,000 visitors over the two tasty days.
We’ve got lots of fun activities planned to entertain the whole family, including an exciting programme of cooking demonstrations from well know local chefs, food producers and local food writers.
In addition,on the Sunday of the September Food Festival, we have the Tonbridge Dragon Boat Races all day.
With over 30 local brews, the Beer, Cider & drinks will be popular with adults looking for some great tasting drinks produced across the Weald of Kent and beyond.

Rest and relax in the Street Food Café and perhaps try a taster menu from one of the many stalls selling delicious homemade hot food including English, European, Asian and New World specialities made with quality produce.

Our ciders are produced from apples and pears sourced entirely from the National Fruit Collections at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We are proud to use a heritage variety of up to thirty varieties of apple in our famous 'Woolly Pig' Dry Cider. (Named after the Butcher of Brogdale's Mangalitza pigs which used to live on site).
We are Freedom Coffee - roasting locally in Borough Green and selling single-origin coffee beans which can be ground upon request for the perfect home brew. Freedom Coffee is a nano-roastery based in Borough Green, on a mission to disrupt the coffee industry for the better.
We focus on transparency and ethical sourcing that gives back to both farmers and communities, with a portion of profits donated to our charitable partner (IMPACT) with every sale.
Longtail Cider produce craft cider in North Kent. We grow, harvest and press our own fruit, blending a rich variety of heritage apples for our range of .ciders.
I make delicious cupcakes, cookies and tray bakes like brownies, bloodies, Rice Krispie treats, flapjacks, tiffins and millionaire shortbread. I also offer a selection of vegan, dairy free and gluten free treats.
Offering support and information to families with using slings, carriers and cloth nappies. We rent these items and occasionally sell them if preferred.
